Inspection Services

Our Vendor Inspection covers all the clients requirements for Mechanical, Electrical, Painting and Coating disciplines as required by clients as assurance that all manufactured products comply with applicable international codes and standards.

GIS recognizes that qualified Inspectors are its most valuable asset, thus importance is given to recruit, train and professionalize. Training and certification of personnel are prioritized ensuring that professional and competent Inspectors are deployed to our Clients. Our Division is made up of ARAMCO approved, certified NACE, CSWIP, AWS and BGAS personnel.

Vendor / Shop Inspection

GIS has extensive experience at all levels of inspection for the Petrochemical and Oil and Gas Industries. We can provide experienced and highly qualified technical personnel from an extensive pool of personnel available throughout the world. Range of activities performed / services provided include:

Level 1 ‐ Complete Inspection

Progressive inspection of equipment or materials as production / manufacturing / fabrication proceeds. The inspection activities typically include a pre‐inspection meeting, periodic regular visits / reports, witness and hold‐points and final inspection

Level 2 ‐ Partial Inspection

Inspection of the materials on a sampling basis as detailed in the order assignment instructions and/or as specified in the relevant purchase order. An order review meeting is recommended.

Level 3 ‐ Final Inspection

Minimum inspection of materials or equipment to verify critical dimensions, workmanship, and material / test certifications. When possible, the final inspection should include witness of specified tests and review of all NDT reports
